Npower Recruitment Guide 2020 – 2021
If you wish to be successful in this year’s registration, there are things you need to put into consideration.
Npower Batch C recruitment guide will help those that missed last recruitment due to flimsy mistake not to miss it again this year.
Program Categories
There are six (6) Npower categories.
- Npower Agro
- Npower Tax
- Npower Teach
- Npower Build
- Npower Tech
- Npower Health
Npower Registration Guide
Choose the correct Category: This is the main selection criterion. First and foremost, Graduates are to apply for Npower Teach and Npower Health. Npower Agro, NPower Tech Npower Creative, and Npower Tax are meant for non-graduates.
Also, your certificate must speak that you’re in these categories. Don’t apply for Npower Teach because you love teaching or Npower Agro because you want to become a farmer.
Bank Verification Number (BVN): Ensure you input your BVN correctly. Many people make this mistake which always leads to automatic disqualification.
Name: Ensure that name you provide corresponds with your Bank Verification Number(BVN). You can go to the bank and printout your BVN before you proceed with registration. For those that have done change of name, ensure you provide the name as written in your documents, most especially your BVN.
Date of Birth: Ensure the date of birth you provided corresponds with your BVN.
Account Number: For serving NYSC members, provide your alternative account number, don’t use the same account number you used to receive “allawee” to register for Npower. For those that have passed out NYSC, provide your alternative account number. Ensure your account number is a number often, not more than ten digits.
State of Resident: One of the things you need to consider is your state of residence, you need to choose the area that’s close to you as you’ll be deployed to this area.
E-mail and Phone Number: Ensure your phone is accessible as major credentials such as your registration number and other requirements will be sent to your mail and phone Numbers.
How to Apply
You can apply for any of the categories in the portal.
You need to visit the registration portal at the new Npower registration portal https://npower.fmhds.gov.ng/signup
In the portal dashboard, click volunteer corp. This will take you to the registration form.
Choose the category that applies to you.
Complete the registration form.
Click on submit.

What next After Npower registration?
After registration, candidates are to wait patiently for shortlisted candidates. You can check if you’re shortlisted through this link: www.npvm.Npower.gov.ng
If you’re shortlisted. Congratulations.
If you’re not shortlisted, that means you didn’t follow this guide strictly.
When is Npower closing?
No closing date for now. You can keep checking this site for closing date.

Can NCE holder Apply?
NCE holders can apply. NCE holders are categorized as Graduate. Though you’re yet to serve you can apply for Npower Teach.
Is Npower Registration Free?
Yes!. You don’t have to pay anyone to apply for Npower. The registration is done online.
What is the Stipend for Npower?
The stipend for Npower is N30,000. The money is paid by the federal government directly into beneficiaries accounts.
What are the required documents for graduates?
You’re to provide the following documents:
- NYSC discharge/ exception certificate
- Degree certificate
- Birth certificate/ Declaration of Age certificate
- Passport
- O’level result
When is Npower portal opening for registration?
As said earlier, Npower Power is going to open on 26 June, 2020.
How many people are going to be recruited through Batch C Npower program?
Npower Batch C program is going to recruit four hundred thousand (400,000) beneficiaries.
